Although Boatwerks is not able to take restaurant reservations during our peak season of May–September, don’t be discouraged! Boatwerks offers a private dining room and other large event rooms that are perfect for all types of gatherings, including:

Dining for Small Groups
At Boatwerks, we have a private dining room that can accommodate groups of 10–60 people. This space is the perfect location for small social gatherings and business meetings and provides guests with stunning views of Lake Macatawa.
Larger Events
Boatwerks has multiple private event rooms available for groups up to 400 guests. You will love Boatwerks' retractable wall of windows with direct access to a private courtyard and picturesque views of Lake Macatawa.

Book An Event with Us
If you are interested in booking an event with us, please fill out the request form at the bottom of this page and a member of our Boatwerks or RedWater Events team will check availability and send you information about reserving one of our private rooms. With your private room reservation, Boatwerks provides personal top-notch tailored service from our banquet team, privacy, audio-visual equipment, linens, your choice of room setup, and stunning waterfront views.
Booking Timeline
Our team works best when we receive a private dining and event requests at least one week before the event itself. We may accept short-notice event bookings at our discretion. Keep in mind that our private event spaces book quickly during our peak season of May–September so have limited availability during those times.
Menu Customizations
With parties of up to 20 guests, you may order from our restaurant menu or offer a limited version of our restaurant menu. We can also customize your party by ordering from our extensive RedWater Events banquet menu that suit larger parties best.
